The food and the Owners, who happened to personally greet and serve us, were so friendly and delightful. The food was even better. I had the Hauseplatte, wife was talked into the night's special which was a pork chop she loved. We all loved the black forest cake, and apple streudel/pie type dessert that I cant remember the name of. Make a reservation to make sure they can accommodate you, you won't be disappointed. we made ours just the day before.

In order to dine at the Stammtisch reservations are necessary. The owner gets very nasty to people who show up without one. The restaurant is located in a sleazy area of Seaside and beneath some apartments. Inside the restaurant it resembles a small Swiss or Tyrolean chalet a lot of guests my find it cute me personally not so much. The food is a bit pricey and it's alright like homestyle. The owner who serves as a waiter had a strong smell of cigarettes which was a bit off putting. The restaurant was pretty quiet and didn't have many customers when we visited.
