Also baffled at the bad reviews. Prices are high but you’re in Seattle… at the airport. No dice to go on the cheap. They messed up my drink order and replaced it when I asked. Pleased after that. To go salads are good! Lots of seating nearby

Ordered a Matcha green tea and an Italian sandwich.. the cold sandwich and hot tea got mixed up.. which is fine..,but the sandwich was soooo dry.. it was very hard to eat… not throwing away $25.. so choked it down

Don't waste your money here - it's very expensive and the quality is really bad, 17.63$ sandwich. If I gave my honest opinion I'd have to use words that aren't appropriate. I repeat: don't waste your money; you'll receive a really awful meal.
