Very disappointing experience. I was a loyal customer and visited this coffee shop almost every day. Unfortunately, the level of customer service has noticeably declined. I ordered a 16 oz Vanilla Latte and waited approximately 30 minutes, only to discover that my order had been completely overlooked. After bringing it to the staff's attention, the drink was finally prepared, but it was made in the wrong size. When I pointed this out, cold milk was added to fill a larger cup rather than remaking the drink properly. I understand that mistakes happen, but customers expect them to be handled prof
