I am never disappointed with this place! Best brisket grilled cheese and jalapeño popper spring rolls. My husband loves the Quesabirria tacos 😋 The customer service is always amazing as well. If you haven’t tried this place, you absolutely need to!

Omg this is the BEST place off of the 85 south of Colorado Springs to eat! PHENOMENAL. We had the horchata cheese cake bites, churro French toast sticks, jalapeño cheese curds and a breakfast burrito. The portions are large and the people are friendly. 11 out of 10!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ROLL UP I’ve been to Roll Up four times now, and this is the first time I’ve even managed to take a picture because the food disappears too fast! My first visit, I had the bacon, egg, and cheese egg roll—cooked to perfection. Since then, I’ve been hooked on their carne asada street tacos, always tender and flavorful. Today I tried the miniature churros and they were incredible: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the perfect bite size. Their aqua frescas are delicious and very affordable, and my daughter loved her cotton candy lemonade with strawberry boba. Roll Up is

Their menu is hit and miss. Some items are good but most of their fusion items ate terrible. I normally rely on the chicken bacon ranch sandwich as a solid staple until recently. I just received a sandwich about half the size as their normal portion and instead of their traditional grilled chopped chicken they replaced it with chicken tenders I assume just being lazy. At first, I thought no big deal until I bit into the sandwich and tasted like fishy old seafood left on the counter too long. For a $16 sandwich you should at least get it right.
