I placed on order for the first time on the Chicken Express app but will NEVER do it again!!! Placed the order at 5:13pm on Friday, April 3, 2026. At first it said pick up b/w 5:20- 5:30 pm. I figured that was great, considering it was Good Friday. So I pulled up and waited. They were consistent but not extremely busy. As I kept looking at the app, the pick up time kept getting longer. Worst service I have ever had at a chicken express and had to give my opinion. I never say anything, but I has worked for express express in my teenage years and never acted the way Alexci did. When I got to the intercom, she said what do you want and then was literally pressuring me to say I didn’t need anything else… when I actually wanted to buy for not only me but my family… I only got to a number two but never my family pack when she said is that it? !
