Went in and sat at a table for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and take our order, no one ever showed so we left and went to Characters where we got greeted and our drink orders taken before we even sat down. If a establishment is going to serve food and has tables besides the bar, they should have staff to tend to those tables! This is not the first time this has happened here, we went a couple a years ago and actually sat at the bar and still could not get service so I decided to give them another try and the same thing happened yrs later! Not even going to try a 3rd time.

Update 5/5/26 - changing my rating due to absolutely atrocious service. 10 minutes at least for someone to come by and get drink orders. Moved to bar after waiting 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come back to the table. Another 30 minutes, still with only one drink and no food order, waiting to cash out. This place needs some organization and staff that can move faster. Previous review: My brother and I were really impressed with our experience. It's too bad this place is buried and not necessarily easy to find. The bartender was friendly and this place seemed to have "regulars". The people

Nice spot to catch a game with plenty of TV’s. There is a lot of seating at the bar and many tables. The bartender is great and the staff is friendly. I just started trying things on the menu. They have the thick deep fried chips with homemade onion dip! Very good!
