This Sonic is conveniently located and does serve good food but unfortunately taking care of the bathrooms is not a priority. There are servers gloves all over the floor, garbage strewn, toilet doesnt look cleaned at any point, empty sanitizer, and nothing to dry your hands with. Having a bathroom in that unsanitary condition at a restaurant is a definite NO. I came here to eat again but needed to use the restroom of which has changed my mind about eating here. Parma Sonic please do better with arranging personnel to clean your bathrooms daily. Should be standard work for a shift lead to a

Driving bt we decided to stop at sonic and get some milkshakes while running errands. Inpulled in with two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. We waited in line about four minutes until I pulled up I was greeted with a "hold on please" no problem I waited and waited we sat at the intercom for nine minutes before our order was taken. If my son wasn't so excited I would have left. Our milkshakes were good but not worth the wait.

We drove in and parked by a menu board. We pushed the button for service and it said they were aware and will be with us shortly. 15 minutes later we left and went to DQ for our chili dogs. Very disappointed ☹️. We don't have a Sonic in our area and we drove 10 miles out of our way to get some good food 😔. Won't be making that mistake again. Maybe a different location. But definitely not there.

We ordered inline.spent over 25 and didn’t get it until 11pm. I paid for a specialty burger and got a regular burger. We pulled up to the park and order screen to press the button waited for 10/15 nothing so we went to drive thru. He said they didn’t have everything for the burger but they had American cheese but didn’t put any on it. So didn’t eat the burger or fry. At that point I didn’t eat it because idk what they did to that burger. Then I got a drink and it was carbonated water. The worst experience and basically waisted our money. The fries and tots were disgusting. LThis was 10 pm 6/3
