We were greeted as we entered by three young men who were very pleasant. Service was good ,but the sandwiches not so much. The subs were sloppy and falling apart with every bite. This was my first time eating from this particular location and I do know that not all Jerseys Mikes are like this. The one in White Marsh subs are always on point.

I have been going to this Jersey for bout 5 years. Every time I come I’m greeted. The greeting is kind and genuine not robotic.They are very interactive. The young men have great attitudes. I always get the number 4 it’s always good.

Walked into the business and was greater immediately as I did, they were working on several orders already but never missed a beat as they took my order while they did. They asked me if I was a rewards member at the register, the young gentleman was polite and courteous. The interior of the store was clean and so was the men’s bathroom. Do to the employees not having name tags it is impossible to name these two employees I was impressed with . I ordered the the 17 ( cheese steak) regular, a sweat tea in a bottle and a bag of smokehouse bbq chips. Price came to 14 dollars. The sub was great how

The customer service was amazing Mica, Amani ,and Wooje deserve a raise plus the food was very fresh and I could taste freshness while eating the food. The only thing is I wish they served fries 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this location 👍
