If I could give zero stars I would. Visited 5/26 with my family after 10 pm for half price apps. Our waitress was Rosa, manager was Adin. I’ve already left a review at the payment kiosk and spoke with manager on duty as well as our waitress and was told well there’s nothing I can do. However I disagree and I think at the very least when asked for silverware each person should’ve gotten a full set. We’re only given 2 forks for 3 people and was told sorry there’s no more silverware available. Food was cold which was strange because my plate somehow was burning hot, so how was the food cold? Doe

This Applebee’s is probably the nicest one I’ve ever been to! Went as a large group for lunch, and didn’t call ahead (apologies wasn’t my idea!) but they were very accommodating and everything still came out fast. The food was very good, and as I mentioned did not take long from order time to table. Portion sizes are also very large for the price! Looking at $10-$20 per person without drinks. (Average for our group was about $15 before drinks) The waitress was very nice, and spent an appropriate amount of time checking on our table to refill drinks and see if we needed anything. I had a doordash order stolen tonight and the manager on duty Joey was absolutely phenomenal. I called regarding the stolen order and he told me the steps I would need to take plus offered his personal assistance with a phone call to doordash. He went out of his way to call doordash knowing they most likely wouldn’t speak with him because he was not the person who placed the initial order. I don’t visit Applebee’s often — it’s usually a once-in-a-blue-moon treat for me — but I’ve always enjoyed dining in because the meals taste their best that way. Now that I dine with my two boys (4 and 2), our table is usually loud, lively, and entertaining for everyone around us. I appreciate how hands-on the manager is with both the team and the customers.
