I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin' Donuts due to the exceptionally rude behavior of one of your employees. His lack of politeness was shocking, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope you will address this issue with your staff to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

Drinks and munchkins were good, I wanted to go because they have the new summer drink menu out. I ordered the Oreo coolata and my husband ordered one of the refreshers. The only downside was that my drink was a vanilla coolata with bits of Oreo at the bottom, while the photo showed it was supposed to look like an Oreo shake. I think the worker messed up and forgot to blend it because I was expecting it to look and taste different, I didn’t get much Oreo flavor at all.

Please change your hours if you are going to have your staff close early. Today was my birthday and I had my baskin Robbin’s rewards only for today and before going home after a long day I wanted to stop by and to my surprise the store was close. That wasn’t the worst part and the reason why I am writing this review. It’s because the two ladies inside just looked at us and laughed. Come on what kinda of people you have working here. Dunkin & Baskin Robbin’s do better.

Great hot or iced coffee. The staff was very nice. They even opened the bathroom which had a huge out of service sign on it. Good to know! There was a special after 12pm for $2 drinks. Always love a good deal! This is a nice shop. I will come here again when I am out this way.
