If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The website stated that the drive-thru closes at midnight tonight. The drive-thru closed before 10:00PM for whatever reason. Zee was beyond disrespectful and needs to be properly trained on customer service skills. Zee thought it was more important to sweep than to assist customers but came outside and yelled in the parking lot after the fact at myself and another customer. KFC do better and get better staff that actually have professionalism!

I arrived at approx 1:30 and placed a cash order at the terminal..There is am waiting while orders were prepared for drive thru, pickup and people arriving. After about half an hour I ask about my order and I am told that since it was a cash order it doesn't appeR on their system. So I would have been there all day waiting while they are seeing me there. I was there with my elderly mother. The chicken was very dark and hard. Not even extra crispy but super crispy. I paid almost 32 dollars for my order and it was a waste of money.

Great place with great people. Very clean and Susan Moore was very helpful in helping with everyone . She put a smile on my face and made my day. Chicken was fresh and clean. I sat down and eat and enjoyed every moment. Those were so good

I came here today around 7pm. I pulled up the parking lot was full luckily I already ordered on the app before arrival. Apparently everyone still loves KFC because there was a lot of door dashers in there waiting for food. It was a little backed up but it was the dinner rush so it was expected. Staff was great. Everyone kept apologizing for the wait. No one had an attitude. All the food was great. Wings was hot and extra crunchy. Pot pie was smokin hot and creamy. Soda was strong and not watered down. Place was clean. Parking lot was well maintained. Was just overly impressed with the staff. U
