Dry dry dry. Just left after visiting for my first time. Any Snowball Stand in Louisiana should know better. You can actually see the space between the ice in the cup. Ice is hard like a snowcone. I got a sugar-free chocolate snowball and one bite in, and I can see the entire thing is white ice, so why even give a straw. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but this was just extremely disappointing

Second time within the month snowballs I ordered was not filled with syrup they tasted just like ice. I ordered condensed milk and didn't get any on my snowballs. Banana split snowball didn't have strawberry or nuts just banana flavored and the chili cheese on the nachos wasn't good at all.

I know believe that my husband only offers snowballs so he can in fact get the hot dog with Chilli 😆 he always says how great it is and it wasn't until this time I realized he don't even get a snowball 🙃 they are also amazing tho. My daughter loves you can get them ice cream or cheesecake stuffed. Plus condensed milk 🫠 I'm old fashioned and fancy a cone 🫶

Snowball was VERY dry and was charged for condensed milk, but they forgot to add it! I ordered nachos as well which barely had cheese and the cheese I did receive was cold! Customer service wasn’t the best.. Just give you price and snowballs and close the window.. No greetings and anything. My first experience here was much better than this one, but I feel like even on crowd days .. A customer experience should be great every time because it’s money being spent.
