WHOA!! A Throwback to decades past! Handwritten messages and stickers adorn the walls & even the ceilings in an homage to the past & present! This Oldest Bar in Tucson, since 1934, is a place to have that drink, meet people from al walks of life and maybe enjoy some Spirits. The old world vibe is definitely here as well as the laid back feeling as you watch pool being played & enjoy sounds from the jukebox ! It's a bit on the smaller side but it's size seems to add to the ambience. So bring a friend to watch a game or place some pool or just enjoy a cold brew and some snacks...it's a definite

The two forms of ID policy is valid for your first entry to this bar. A bouncer took a picture of my debit card upon my THIRD entry in the same night, with the same ID for each entry. I was very polite and respectful, Aaron and another female bartender are very kind and great conversationalists, but when I called the morning after to inquire if taking a picture of a patrons debit card was common place or not, Allen told me it was strange but that I shouldn’t “piss anyone off”. I feel very strange and now I need a new debit card. Bad time here and this morning. I wish people were better.

Visiting from Washington, only bar I wanted to visit twice. First time was able to sign the wall, which I always enjoy. Second time staff was amazing, Jerica was great! Really nice to be able to talk to the bartender and get to know the local scene, cool 11 o clock special too! Kept me from my 1 drink per bar night in anticipation for it. Really enjoyed this place. Highly recommend for visitors!!
