I typically don’t leave poor reviews but I had to this time I’ve only ever stopped at this Tim Hortons when I’m in a rush, and unfortunately every experience I’ve had here has been disappointing. The first time I visited, I was asked to pull around and wait for my order. After waiting about 15 minutes, they brought me someone else’s order. Yesterday, at 10:00 AM, they were already out of egg whites, hash browns, and croissants. Today, I ordered a Number 9 from the menu board. Went through the drive thru not realizing they closed soon but was most definitely told by the smart mouth over the speaker that they closed in 6 minutes and only had coffee. We would not have intentionally have went so close to closing. They can keep their coffee it’s not that serious. Update: I would love to see the original response from Tim Hortons. Rude and inappropriate behavior by the staff. Approximately 6:05 am this morning, made an order at the drive thru and right away the employee was very rude over the speaker, the tone and attitude were not appropriate. After numerous attempts at giving my order I made my way to the window and handed her my phone to scan the QR code. She said "what do you want me to do with this?" The app accidentally swiped up and the code wasn't visible. I was waiting literally two minutes before 6 o’clock in the lady came out screaming at me that I couldn’t wait there because it’s making something go off inside the building for as much money as I spend at Tim Hortons. I will never go back. This specific place is the absolute worst for making a coffee, right And their customer service needs a little bit of a tuning. First off it’s your job so open up two minutes early stop being so negative in this world you need to lose your job and go on and try to do something different that you’d be happy doing maybe at McDonald’s or Tim Hortons jus
