My husband and I, come here, when in the area. The atmosphere and the Coffee choices and Tea are what always draw us back here. The staff are super friendly and with Dietary Restrictions they have always been super helpful on making my Coffe or Tea Safe for me. This place is located in an Old Industrial Factory, renovated into a bunch of stores and local restaurants and shops, where you can sit and relax and enjoy your cup of coffee or tea. While visiting family, my wife and I stopped in for a proper cup of coffee, and Perkatory Coffee Roasters delivered a pleasant and memorable experience. We were told about the breakfast empanadas, which unfortunately were already sold out. Disappointing, yes. Encouraging, also. Anything that disappears that early clearly has earned its reputation. Friendly helpful staff and tasty coffee! Recommend trying the super unique Tree Hugger Cold Brew (root beer cold brew with cold foam.) I know that sounds wild but trust me, if you’re even slightly intrigued, you should give it a shot. I ended up going back for more.

I really enjoy my coffee. I was invited to go here for some latte and had a great time. The line is long but it’s worth the wait. I actually tried there espresso because that’s how I judge a place by how strong the espresso is and it was delicious. We also tried one of their specials, which was a coffee with peanut butter in it and that was equally as delicious if you’re in the Plantsville area and you’re on Center Street I would go to this place to grab a coffee. Coffee houses seem to be the new vibe.
