I don't come here often but I know to expect great quality food and service. I came during my lunch hour and was a bit bothered when I was charged for an extra portion of falafel when I got a half portion of falafel and a half portion of lamb balls. But I went back to the end of the line and had to wait until I got up to the register to correct it. That wasted a good chunk of my lunch break. I just picked up Harissa Avocado bowl for $16.72. The quantity is pitiful. The tiny half avocado was stale. The worst part, they pretend to give two servings of chicken. She picked chicken with a serving spoon and shakes it off to retain only half of it, then she repeats it for the second time to trick us into giving two servings. I asked her why she shakes it off. She says, that’s the right quantity. The quantity used to be almost to the top of the bowl just a few months ago, now it’s not even half the bowl. They fluff up the bowl at the bottom with a lot of lettuce. Either Cava has gone down
