I see others have had a negative experience but I've been here multiple times and never had an issue. It could be the timing and the employees who work there at that time but it's always decent. I was skimmed once but I just asked for more and they obliged. Overall good meal. Thank you guys. It seems like you're doing you best. Keep up the good work!

Should’ve looked at all the bad reviews. This place is horrible. The girl at the window was rude and just handed me my order with a scowl on her face and said nothing. They gave me almost nothing on my salad. Maybe 1/2 cup of lettuce and 10 tiny cubes of chicken. Rip off for the price I paid. Half of the bowl was the scoop of guacamole. Of course I got it to-go and didn’t know until I was home. Do not waste your money. Tiny portions, rude service, high prices. Not worth it.

My wife waited over 15 minutes for her order, only to be told they were out of steak. No one updated her while she was waiting. She switched her order to beef, and they told her it would be another 15 minutes. Thankfully it ended up being a little shorter, but still another long wait, and not a single apology from the staff. I ordered takeout and ordered a chicken burrito bowl. You would have thought I ordered a vegetarian bowl. I had to dig through to find any chicken and only found FIVE pieces. They made my bowl correct, but literally FIVE pieces of chicken? If I had the time I would have taken it back and asked for a refund.
