This review is for Julie the manager at Panera bread in Spartanburg on main street. She was very professional and accommodating. She’s an extremely nice and considerate person and had a great experience at her store. I highly recommend this Panera bread over the ones in the surrounding areas. The food was delicious and my order was right the first time with no issues. Which is hard to find these days. Thanks again to Julie and her wonderful staff!

Great food and good people. I love getting all of my sandwiches on sesame seed bagels. I tried the herbal tea this morning with honey and it was a blessing. My cashiers are always so kind and patient with me.

Been a few times and it’s subpar for the price in terms of service and cleanliness. Food is usually good. Never anyone at the register. Dining room is always dirty: sticky floors, dirty seats, dirty tables, etc. customer service is mid.

"Raise the minimum wage" and cant even do a simple entry level job. Ask for tips and cant even put the ingredients requested on the sandwich. This is the 3rd time this location has left the same ingredient off my sandwich and not said a word. They also say the mobile orders are ready when theyre not. Mine said it was ready for pick up at 8:31pm and wasnt actually ready until 8:40. Typical spartanburg quality of service.
