We decided to pop in and check this place out and see what Captain D's is all about. I have to give it a 5 star rating. We had the 2 piece fish and the Giant Fish Sandwich. Everything was so good. The hush puppies were amazing! Cooked really well and the fish was great as well. The Okra was a little soft and soggy. I just don't think it was quite fried long enough but close and the flavor was really good. The restaurant only has 5 tables but the entire place was super clean and well stocked as you can see in the photos. The manager came around and checked on everyone and that is not expected f

First time I had a problem here. I ordered 2 senior meals. The food was over salted. They overcharged. Disputed what I order. Didnt offer to make it right except that I could pick up the drinks that they forgot. I have been here several times and I am truly disappointed. I wont recommend or purchase the food again. I gave it a 2 rating because fish is usually good but if it is too salty, cant eat it. 1 meal was blackened and the other was fried.

We tried Captain D's for the first time today. I did not have too high of hopes for this place and I'm glad I didn't. It was an okay experience. Really nothing about the meal was a big deal. We ordered the Seafood Feast and the Lobster Rolls. The Seafood Feast offers a great variety and enough food to easily feed 4-6 people. Plus the price is great! Unfortunately there was a lot to be desired with all of it except the fish and hush puppies, which was the best of the meal. There is a lot of breading on the fish but the flavor was good. The shrimp was bland, crunchy breading but lacking season
