On the outside the place looks like it's a bit old and in need of repair, and the owners were just relaxing near the entrance with no one else nearby. But I found they had great quality, variety, service, and prices! Was very impressed that PanPan combination had all (in a single plate), Chashu, BBQ rib, crab Rangoon, shrimp tempura, and spring rolls. The fried items were all decently fresh, and wasn't discolored or unusually hard to bite. The meat slices are a bit small, but for the price and quality overall it's good if
