The service is always rude when I visit. I've been there three times, and I've finally decided I won't be coming back. The first time, the employee who helped me got upset and gave me an ice cream flavor I didn't order. I asked for Mint Chocolate Chip and Cotton Candy, but she gave me Dutch Chocolate and Cotton Candy instead. The second time, a different employee served me normally, as customer service should be. On my most recent visit, I ordered the same Brownie Sundae I had ordered the previous two times. The employee told me I could only choose one ice cream flavor. I explained that I h

We love this place for dessert treats whether its their Dole Whip (pineapple or mango) or milkshakes in souvenir glasses!! They also offer discounted refills on the milkshakes. Additionally, you'll find great popcorn flavors bagged or fresh popped, snow cones, smoothies, cakes, root beer floats, shakes, malts and sundaes! If you ask, they also have 1-2 non-dairy flavors. Come and visit this shop in Old Town Spring, you will not be disappointed!!

Today we took a bus trip to Old Town Springs with are Memory Care residents. Amber was to sweet and friendly to us. She had lots of patience as we asked to try different flavors of popcorn. We will return for ice-cream.
