Mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. Wanted to try the new Big Arch. Ordered ahead with app. As usual, slow and backed up at drive through. Asked with several others to pull into curbside. 15 minutes later someone very slowly makes their way out with not one, or two, but THREE orders piled on one tray. Not surprisingly, everything was cold as ice….perhaps if they didn’t wait to pile on other orders and actually bring the orders out when ready it would have been at LEAST warm. If a not like it’s a long walk to curbside. Do better.

cockroach I visited this McDonald’s and was shocked to find a cockroach in my drink. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning until the store addresses its cleanliness and food safety standards.

The food was fine but when we sat down to eat we were surrounded by trash and it smelled like feet. There were dirty socks and trash everywhere (not just the playroom)I now understand why I never see anyone eating inside here, the quiet and lack of wait time were not worth it.

Do not visit this location. I've been here 4 times in the last 2 months. My order was correct 0 times. They cannot read. Sausage egg n cheese mcgriddle. How do you forget the cheese n egg? Last time no sausage, time before that no cheese and it was cold. Wasted my money and my time.
