I ordered through Uber Eats and had a very disappointing experience. I paid an extra $6.50 to upgrade to a large beef and broccoli, yet it came with only a small portion of white rice. That makes no sense — how are you supposed to eat a large entrée with barely any rice? I also requested utensils (fork, spoon, and chopsticks), multiple sauces, and hot oil. I received no hot oil, no chopsticks, and only two sauce packets — after spending $50 on my order. For that amount of money, customers should receive more than the bare minimum. Food is very tasty, delicious. I can see the authentic Shanghai gastronomy here. I like TSO chicken. Veggies side has sauté cabbages with tofu, bean curd baby bok choy…very fresh and yummy. Noodles is excellent, especially with Shanghai style wonton noodles. I guarantee you will get a good food. Price is amazing on the low price. I am working at KFK airport, and come here every day, i can see many airport staff also from cargo staff line up for lunch. Lunch special meal is great, menu changes every day.

I went to the store’s location to pick up my food and they were so disorganized that I was missing half of the items that I ordered. When I brought this attention to the employee at the cash register they apologized, but then proceeded to hand me order after 15-30 additional minutes on top of the 60 minutes I waited initially. I got the house friend rice and it barely had shrimp and the egg rolls were over cooked (despite being more expensive than egg rolls I can get in Manhattan.
