Terrible customer service. I wish I got the name of the employee that I had to deal with so I could talk to a manager about this. I brought in a brand new gift card that the machine wouldn’t read. The guy running the register just sat there as error code after error code popped up with his mouth open while line behind me got bigger. After I pointed out that it was not reading the gift card, he told me that it was probably because the gift card was out of money. I opened this gift card brand new before going in.
