This used to be one of my favorite places as a kid. But I haven’t been there in a while, so I thought I’d try again. The pizza was terrible. Inedible. There was so much sauce, the few tiny toppings were drowning. There might have been cheese, maybe? The crust was raw in the middle and crunchy at the ends (hard, bad crunchy). How is that possible? I guess the middle could have been too soggy to cook. The breadsticks were still good, just as I remember. They are the only reason I am giving a second star. Corporate needs to come down and clean that place up.

Highly disappointed. Made an online order, charged successfully, and awaited my order. After waiting 30 mins past the estimated delivery time, I reached out to the Springville location for an order status update. I was informed that my order had been picked up and should have been delivered but that the delivery driver (A Dasher) by the sounds of it stole the order. The store offered to expedite a refund (grateful for that); however, there was a poor effort to apologize or take any kind of responsibility. I loved their wings,I get them naked with the buffalo hot sauce on the side. This time they told me I cannot have buffalo hot sauce on the side that it has to be on them or not at all. Until this changes, I will not go back. The mild is just not as good.

I ordered the pizza online, it was easy and it would be ready in 20 minutes. So I drove over and picked it up. The pizza was good and warm. Service was okay, employees looked tired and we're not very friendly 😕, I got my pizza and left. BTW I ordered a large supreme pizza deep pan 🥘.
