So I came through drive through and the young lady literally acted like she was using the card machine and took my card to a whole other side of the restaurant and took a picture of my front and back of my card. I took a picture of her. I asked her what was the purpose of that and she paused then smiled and said “ummmm our card system doesn’t really work sometimes”. She had another co worker acquainted her while doing so. When I exposed her by asking why take my card and not ask for another payment method she smirked and laughed off the reason why she took a picture of my card.

Robot started telling me an order I didn’t give, then a person came on the angry talking box and started giving a truly mean attitude. Just so much anger coming out of such a small box with a speaker. That’s some prime real estate that a nice restaurant with great service could have. Too many places to eat in this town to be loosing customers.

Not sure why checkers has become a daycare center with screaming running around touching the food. The person at the register got a Nintendo switch propped up playing games. No wonder it takes 30 minutes for an order

I forgot to take photos but I got the number 4 and it was pretty good. Did not like the AI ordering system. It takes a lot longer to order and just feels like a hassle over a real person. We also a wrong drink possibly because of the AI.
