I’ve tried countless times to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but this morning was the last straw. I ordered a Dunkalatte and asked for no foam, along with a bacon jam grilled cheese. I was told they would “do what they could” about the foam, which already felt dismissive, and the sandwich was terribly made, sloppy and clearly thrown together. I’m always polite and patient, and I’m paying for both the product and the service, so I don’t understand why there continues to be an issue with quality and attention to detail at this location. I don't live in Statesboro. I only travel here for doctors' appointments so I'm not familiar with many of the restaurants or businesses. After leaving my appointment today, I spotted a Dunkin Donut and suddenly wanted a donut. I decided to try it. I'm elderly and handicapped so Im slow but I was immediately welcomed once inside. The atmosphere was welcoming & the employees friendly. It has a good vibe. Since this was my first visit, I had no idea what I wanted to order. The employees were so nice. They also have a drive-thru which I'll probably use next trip. Love the convenience! I'll definit

What do they have against crispy bacon? Occasionally I’ll get a good sandwich with crispy bacon but that’s rare. If I wanted ham I’d ask for ham! There’s nothing worse than chewy raw bacon.

I am so impressed with this store. As a retired business owner I understand fully what excellence is and what it is not. I have been most impressed with a young man who waits on me from time to time, so I recently asked for his name (Alex) and for the owners' contact information. He really does display excellence with customers and fellow staff, all of which are friendly and efficient as well. I spoke with Lisa (owner) and appreciate the kind of business she and her husband endeavor to do there. Customer service seems almost non-existent anymore... refreshing to find. Highly recommend!
