100% Mediocre. Small wings, mid service, and dishonest staff. I visited on "Wing Wednesday". Seems they weren't prepared for the very mild rush they experienced. The restaurant was at about 75% capacity, and it took 15+ minutes to get my wings. On top of that, they were cold when they arrived. I told the waitress about them, and she said she'd take them off the bill. When the replacement wings arrived, they were only slightly better. Way overcooked, not enough sauce, and yet still some were cold, telling me that they mass-cook these early on "Wing Wednesday" then reheat them when orders come u

Walked in for lunch and was promptly greeted and told to sit where I'd like. Service was great. Ordered all flats on crinkle fries. Not only were the wings crispy but they were sauced well. I had the spicy ranch and their flavor of the month and both tasted great.

A year ago I gave 2 stars here because the speed was below average and the amount of sauce from the double sauce option was minimal, but I've revisited this place many times since then and as of today, everything has consistently been fantastic. Great staff, incredible food, and consistency all around. Props to the owner or management for making such great improvements happen, the Buffalo Wing Factory branches across Northern Virginia are my first in my happiness ritual. This is the location closest to me so I'm very glad about the upgrades as of late. I bring all of my friends here at least

Food and service was wonderful! I went with some friends on a Saturday night and got right in. The service was fast and friendly. I am gluten intolerant and got a burger with fries and a gluten free bun. We also ordered the pan of nachos which were sooooo good. Absolutely would recommend and return! P.s. my friend has trouble with spice and the chicken on the nachos was too hot for her( kind of a buffalo heat). I thought it was really good and not that hot, but it might be rough for those with IBS
