Felicia★The employees literally have one job: to pass out fresh hot, quality food. I ordered 3 biggie bags and a beaconator combo for $34 dollars all the fries and nuggets were COLD food. Management on this shift clearly do not care how the the poor quality effects the business! Do better!

Daylin Owens★If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Let’s start with me arriving at 1:35 PM. When I placed my order, I was pulled up by 1:40 PM. No one ever came out to me about my order. I got out of my car at 2:20 PM, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Even when I walked inside, there was no sense of urgency about my order. The manager did apologize, but that does not make up for the poor service I received all around. Additionally I ordered a large chocolate Frosty, two cold brew coffees, and chili, with added cheese and onion. Here are the problems: (1) the wait at the drive-thru for the mobile order pickup was almost 15 minutes (2) the junior hamburger which was supposed to have bacon on it, for which I paid extra, had no bacon.
