There's absolutely NO reason after waiting 8 cars long and 8 mins per customer at a speaker to order only to receive an old cup of coffee at 6:30 a.m. in the morning!! I literally had to give it back and tell them I'd go back around to wait for a fresh cup, TWICE again!! Second time, they gave me my same coffee back, then on third round, I finally got a fresh one! Now before all of you Campbell-lites attack me and complain how you're JUST happy to have someplace here in town, well, I too am from here but STOP SETTLING!! Why do few girls just say whats your order ? No hello welcome to dunkin theres one small young Hispanic girl always wears hair up in little bun she never smiles shes got horrible energy. The bagels have hardly no cream cheese on them I even ask for extra n its still barely any. There's only one white young girl whos very friendly.

I am very disappointed with this location when I came through last night. I ordered my favorite drink, The dragon fruit with fresher, lemonade, extra dragon fruit it was made incorrectly. I was attended rudely by a male staff I also called last night about my drink being made incorrectly. I came through today at 11:20 A.M The general manager attended me Instead of replacing my drink completely, she Actually grabbed a new cup and added extra dragon fruit into it and poured the drink from last night into the new cup Which is completely unsanitary I had mentioned that that drink was from last nig
