Ordered a frape with my order to go and when I finished my food I found that my frape was not done right and had nothing but ice cubes. Called the store for a refund and was told I could not get a refund or I would have to drive 20+ min back to replace it, she then hung up on me .i Called back multiple times to have “Maria” hang up on me or set the phone down on the counter and walked away. This is unacceptable and would like a refund for my order!

McDonald’s is a proven formula. You know what you are getting, regardless the location. What differentiates in e McDonald’s from another is not the food quality, but the service and attitude of its personnel. This particular McDonald’s does not stand out for service, but then again, it’s not as bad as others I have visited. It’s just a basic service - with frequent out of stock items like milk.

If you drive through this is a 5 star… But I’ve rarely experienced a cluster quite like this one while dining in. They have two weird dynamics inside here- 1) the kiosk NEVER has tickets so you can get your order number. And you have to use the kiosk 2) there is no drink machine in the restaurant for customers to self serve… So what does this equal? This equals like this huge cluster of people at the front just gathered around all needing help and no one at the front to help because they are all doing drive through! Hahahha So when the lady appears once every five minutes you have 4 people

I went for a Home Style burger and an apple pie. That was probably the best McDonald's burger I have ever had! The beef was hot and the veggies were extra fresh. The apple was also extra hot!
