I don't know what it is with the KFC locations around here but the lobbies are almost always closed. Everyone gets funneled into the drive thru, even if they order online or get uber. The food isn't even close to good/affordable enough for the wait times.

The male cashier on drive-thru could have been a little more friendlier. He never said hello he just handed you your order didn't say thank you goodbye nothing.

I’d give this KFC about 3 stars after my visit. The chicken had good flavor and was cooked well, but it wasn’t as hot as I expected when I got it. The sides were decent — mac and cheese was creamy, but the mashed potatoes were just okay and needed more gravy. Service was average. The staff was polite when taking my order, but the wait felt a little long for fast food, and there wasn’t much communication while I was standing there. The restaurant itself looked alright overall, but a few tables needed to be cleaned and the drink area was a bit messy. Nothing terrible, just not the best impress

I ordered a mobile pickup and went into the store when the app said it was ready. I sat up by the counter for over 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. 2 of which walked by me on multiple occasions and still didn’t acknowledge me. Finally I got the attention of a third employee and she said they had to make my order still and went back to the kitchen. They ended up finding it on the counter with drive thru orders, and it had been there since I walked in. Lastly, they were preparing food without gloves and touching handles surfaces etc without proper hand hygiene. It’s disgust
