We came thru the drive thru and they asked us to come inside with no one behind us I asked if we could stay at the window until a car pulls up behind us she said no. What’s the point of the drive thru then? And they were Out of nacho fries and Passionfruit freeze drink.

I would give it no stars, but I wanted to leave a review and submit a photo. The majority food spots here in Sumter, SC are a disappointment. No In fact they're trash. I wanted to give Taco Bell a try. Well I am not shocked, SLACK! These places really need to do better frfr. People are spending their hard earned money. The photo speaks for its self... Vegetarian Mexican Pizza. Simple order... 😒

Taco Bell in this town is a hit and miss , so we go to different locations when we want taco bell . Recently this last visit here , the lady give us a paper to sign before even getting our food and after getting our food, we went and parked to check it. We were missing half of our food . And then my husband went in there and they were just standing around and on their phones while he was waiting to be acknowledge. Then when we get the rest of our food, theirs hardly any in it , aka the large fries . New management needed, and employees.
