If you ever can, avoid the drive thru, they are constantly messing up orders, either over or undercharging you, giving you incorrect items or in incorrect sizes, items can just be straight up missing and the drive thru staff, especially in the afternoon or at night seem to be genuinely some of the hardest of hearing 20 years olds of all time. Wow!! It’s been a long time the last time I visited in 2014 definitely came back this summer 2024. I had a quarter pound of cheese burger medium Dr Pepper soda soft drink and fries! So damm delicious but expensive! The restroom was cleaned the service is great as always! I feel satisfied! I’ll have tacos and fries again if I have a chance. Outside the street is busy. The customer enjoys the day than anything else! No problem at all!!

This must the worst Customer Service I have even encountered. Been here after few times but it's incredible this place it's open. We ordered Breakfast burritos 3 hrs after they opened and they didn't have tortillas and hash brown. Well, at least say "We apologize but we don't have these items". We don't have this and that, what do you want?

Ordered grilled chicken Caesar wraps, instead, got spicy grilled chicken wraps. They were old and cold as well as the fries. I really like the Jack in the Box menu, but it seems like a gamble with the odds against you, going here. Sometimes the food is fresh and hot, sometimes not. It seems to be a trend these days with all fast food chains. Employees get paid $20 an hour to give sub par food and customer service. SMH!
