Talk about slow. I figured maybe they were just busy—but this seems to be the standard here. I ordered ahead, waited past the pickup time (as usual), and still stood there watching my drink get made at a pace that could be studied. When I say it took 6 minutes to make a frappuccino… I mean I had time to reflect on my life choices. No urgency, no hustle, just vibes and a very fulfilling conversation happening behind the counter. Also… how do you mess up a Caramel Frappuccino? It’s one of the simplest drinks on the menu, yet somehow mine came out tasting like confusion. Now, to be fair—credit

Came in for an iced latte with oat milk. A decent brew. Service was reasonably quick. Drink was prepared properly and tasted great. Still serves the flat lids and straws, unlike Castro street which has migrated to those sippy-lids. Parking was easy with the large attached lot.

Absolutely awful experience from Peets. I asked for a Large CBOL w no ice for my fading cough. They DID not fully fill up the cup. I asked why? And they said - there’s a surcharge for it! I said - “Sounds like you’re charging for ice”. Peets - “I guess so, talk to higher ups”. This was my last at Peet’s. I’m sure this company probably isn’t gonna make it for long w such customer service.
