My first time here and impressed! We were patio dining during their Cinco de Mayo celebration. Great atmosphere, everyone was enjoying themselves. Our waitress was awesome which was impressive considering how busy it was. We had the margarita flight and one house margarita with guacamole (delicious) and tacos. The DJ pumped out some nice tunes, a great mix including some old school. This must be one of the few local restaurants I haven't tried in several years being based in the West Valley.

My wife and I enjoyed it. Its good to see that I can find some good Mexican places outside of SoCal. Food is miled to very spicy depending on what you want. Their seasonings are unique and whatever they use on the asada tacos I love. I personally ordered the Tamale & Enchilada with extra beans. Happy they offer the time honored tradition of a free round of chips and salsa and the salsa had a garlic kick which I love. They also allowed me to substitute the rice for extra beans. Party of 6 was seated within 15 minutes. Resturant was full - Sat at 11:30 am. Great server, slow food - plan to spend over an hour. Food was hot on hot dishes, and worth the wait. We had a burrito plate - really tasted delicious. Tacos were also delicious. Three orders of the lunch special enchiladas with rice and beans - very good! Definitely on our list for a return visit! The food at Rio Mirage Café is outstanding! The flavors are fresh, and the salsa has a great taste that really stands out. I especially enjoyed the burritos—the only small drawback is that the chicken isn’t chopped up much, which makes it a bit harder to eat. Parking can also be tricky, especially during busy hours, but once you’re inside, the quality of the food makes up for it. Overall, a delicious spot worth visiting!
