There was so much hype about this place and I was so excited to try it! It is very unique as far as burgers go, so that was really neat, the burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries were great, and the sauce was really good. It’s definitely worth a try. I don’t know if I would go back all the time just because I really enjoy a regular tasting burger. This one was unique with the flavors going on, which ai loved! I do know that it was a really neat treat!

Honestly, Burger Seoul lives up to every bit of the hype. We ended up getting a huge spread and every single thing hit the spot. For the burgers, we tried the **Avocasoul** and the **Bulgogiger**. The Avocasoul is messy in the best way possible—perfectly juicy patty, a generous amount of fresh guac, and this orange-red sauce that has a really great kick to it. The Bulgogiger was a total standout, though. It’s piled ridiculously high with sweet, savory marinated bulgogi ribeye, and the pickles on top cut through the richness perfectly. I have had their burgers before they had a location and always enjoyed them. Now 8 to 9 years later I had completely forgot about them and decided to go again. I had the seoul burger, they ask you how you want your burger, I chose well done. The burger had a nice size juicy patty and the sauce was amazing. We also tried the Seoul X buger, basically the same as a Seoul burger but they ad pork. The Seoul X burger is a sweet with a little spice, very delicious. We tried the garlic fries. The fries were good just wish I could have tasted more of the garlic most of the time you could not tast it. H

Matt searches for local burger joints & small businesses that make a difference in the culinary industry of burger making and Burger Soul (Seoul) is doing just that. Let’s break it down Burgers 💯 Fries (we enjoyed Super Garlic) 💯 shakes ((very Strawberry, Biscoff) thick very flavorful 💯 we will be back and highly recommend the infusion of American and Korean flavors!!!
