After 35 years worth of sushi dining, I've just about seen it all on the spectrum of maki, nigiri, and hand rolls. If you are looking for the best and most bang for your buck, without sacrificing quality and originality, Trapper's is definitely your spot 👌. There were non existent wait times for a spot to sit at the bar. Lots of creative rolls! I enjoyed “The Migs” roll, just a little spicy. The Paradise roll was good if you like sweet coconut shrimp. My daughter enjoyed the rainbow roll. “Best sushi I’ve had in a while” she said. And we usually go to high quality places. Definitely looking forward to trying more rolls!

My friends and I had an amazing experience at Trapper’s Sushi, and a huge part of that was our sushi chef, Angel. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly talented at what she does.
