Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at artic circle. I ordered through the drive through at 4:39pm on June 30th. The woman on the intercom was rude and pushy. I asked for a chocolate shake with brownie, moose tracks and strawberry. When I got to the window I asked what was in the shake, the gentlemen said moose tracks and brownie.. I asked if it had strawberry and he nodded his head yes trying to move me along. So I asked for the receipt and it clearly didn’t have strawberry. Amazing treats, customer service and atmosphere! My husband and I are visiting with family (coming up from Arizona) and stopped in for some delicious treats and were overwhelmed with the kindness of the employees! They offered us free samples of their new flavors of cones(Blue coconut was my favorite!) And made a delicious shake in record time!

This Arctic Circle at 4796 S. Redwood Rd has a consistent execution problem. The Triple Chocolate Brownie Shake is one of the main reasons I go there. For about a month, they repeatedly said they were out of brownie or an ingredient and wouldn’t make it. When they finally brought it back, it was noticeably weak — barely any brownie mixed in. Tonight I specifically asked for extra brownie, and instead I was given a shake with Oreo on top. When I brought it back in, the employee told me it was still correct and that they “just put Oreo on top.” That’s not what was ordered, and more importantly

As I write this review, I am sitting in the dining room. As I waited for my food the restaurant got busy, the staff look confused and lost. They didn’t know how to handle the rush. I never saw one team member with gloves. To the gentleman who was in the back assembling the sandwich/food never once saw him warring gloves. But I did see him touch his face over and over then proceeded to making food again. Pleas retrain ur staff.
