They need to train their employees better!… the purpose of an Order is to get what you Ask and is Paying for!… I was charged extra money for a sausage that wasn’t put on my sandwich! Hash browns and sandwich was BURNT! ! And NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE! I called for 3 DAYS!

This has been the third time that I go to this location and that they tell me they can’t make any food. They first two times were that they were cleaning the ovens and couldn’t use them… it’s 10:00am still the morning. Passed by today trying once again and this time they claim they don’t have any gloves to prep food. How are you an establishment that serves food and drinks and forget to order gloves? Management needs to go. But at least they weren’t rude about it.

Ordered a hot coffee and was given a room temperature coffee that had been sitting out. Politely asked if it could be heated up. Girl working at 5pm on May 7th gave me the worst attitude as if she couldn’t be inconvenienced to warm the coffee. First she argued with me and said the coffee was hot. Guess she has no feelings in her hands. Couldn’t believe how rude she was. Some people work actual jobs in the Florida sun all day, and risk their lives to make a living. It’s a shame that she has to barely lift a finger all day in the air conditioning. Went to Duncan on Fowler and they fixed the issu

Always an issue with the order. Got my bucket of donuts the bottom was dirty, chocolate all over my lap. Ordered a signature latte got a hot idk what. Drive thru girl didn’t give out a receipt. Went inside and it was pure chaos the gentleman manager was doing his best as well as the young man in the back but I’ll be going a few blocks over to that Dunkin location they do it right.
