Awful customer service, staff needs some better training on how to speak to guest. Bummed as this is the closest cookout to us and we will not be back. ‘Not a good experience:/ Edit went back after a phone call and my meal still is awful. crazy how small of a serving you get anymore for almost $9

I have had a horrible weekend, but this made my day. Whoever was making shakes that night, thank you so much! They did forget my tomato on my burger, but honestly, this smiley face made me so happy I couldn’t care less about a slice of tomato. Good job Cook Out!

I would legit give 0 stars for everything...i really dont know why we keep going back to this location(maybe bc its closer idk(no sarcasm intended here) ) but i literally spend anywhere from 20-30$ at a time. Tonight i get a spicy chiken tray with *2* sides (after sitting in the drivethrough for almost ALMOST half an hour) and this is what i get every single time(give or take a few cheese bites) i dnt know about everyone else but i only see 1 side and a sandwhich which is WRONG btw its a cheeseburger not a chiken sandwhich(nt as big a deal as me paying for 2 sides and literally getting 4 chees

We use to eat at cookout on the regular but it seems hear lately every time we eat there the experience gets worse and worse this is what cookout out in thomasville served to me last night as a order of wisconsin cheese bites on the tray my husband burger was so burnt he threw his whole tray away and we went across the street to taco bell and had a excellent experience there i try not to complain bc I myself work in the food/restaurant industry but this is happening way to often and we work hard for are money and to keep receiving inadequate meals. Is foolish so please cook out commu
