I finally found my absolute favorite sushi place in Oregon… and of course it’s hidden in a strip mall behind a gas station and a 7-Eleven. Honestly, that should have been the first clue it was going to be amazing. When we pulled up, we were skeptical. This is by far the best sushi in the Tigard-Tualatin area. The fish is very high quality and excellent texture, and I love the uniqueness of their rolls. This was our first time going, so I’m excited to try other menu items. We ordered the Scorpion roll, Yellowtail roll, bluefin tuna nigiri, fatty tuna nigiri (not pictured), salmon nigiri (not pictured), and agedashi tofu (not pictured). The salmon was soooo buttery and delicious, and the Yellowtail roll was so sweet and a little floral from the shiso. Absolute must have!
