This was my first time visiting a Carl’s Jr., although I grew up eating at Hardee’s. While they’re part of the same company, Carl’s Jr. has a distinctly different feel. The architecture and overall presentation seem more established and polished compared to many Hardee’s locations I’ve visited in Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia, where the brand often appears to be searching for its identity. This location in Tooele, Utah offers a fantastic experience for families, featuring a very nice indoor playground for children, comfortable booths, and self-serve drink stations. My husband and I come here a lot for breakfast/lunch and we always go through the drive thru. We usually order the same thing or something really close, and Chelsea takes our order most of the time. She is seriously the best! She remembers us every single time, like actually recognizes us in the drive thru and already knows what we want! I use this location several times a week and the people here are consistently friendly. Carl's Jr is still one of my favorite places to go quick and good quality Burger. The breakfast burger and the Western bacon burgers being high on that list of favorites. I go here in the mornings, and the early staff are bright and accommodating. They work hard, they're earnest, and make my day brighter.

Arrived at 10pm after a big day where we missed dinner while traveling, and were going to be on the road till about midnight. I wanted to eat inside and take a break. My young son was SO excited to use the playground and I needed the bathroom. Despite the lights being on in the dinning room and the sign on the door saying the dinning room was open till midnight the doors were locked. And no one came to open them when they heard us pulling on the doors. (I'm assuming they locked the doors after cleaning so they didn't have to clean again and could leave as soon as their shifts were over.) We we
