When I visit other Wendy's locations it reminds me on how thankful I am to have a consistent clean location like the Wendy's in Torrington. I got small kids so clean bathrooms are essential in the bathrooms are always clean so is the dining area. They really pride themselves off cleansliness

He ordered (3 ) orders of tenders . Received 3 pieces of chicken. Not 3 orders. Ordered sauce none in bag. This is what we had in the bag when we got home. So us 3 adults had one pice of chicken. Fries were ok. Very disappointing.

If you want your order right, GOOD LUCK! Absolutely nobody here speaks english, not even the manager. How am I gonna explain that you got my order wrong, and you’re just gonna start speaking to one of your employees in Spanish. Like are you serious??!! Needs better management + English-speaking workers. This place is a mess.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to the staff was rude they messed up my entire order then when I took the order in to be made correctly this is what they gave me for my jr bacon cheeseburgers
