We popped in on a whim, at a busy time (~6 pm), without a reservation, and were understandably turned away... But then the hostess had a thought and apologetically explained, "I have a reservation coming in 45 minutes...". We were just looking for a quick drink and a snack, so that was perfect! The wine menu is extensive, but we ended going with vermouth, one red and one white, on this especially warm evening. Both were delicious, as were the sardines, bread, and cheese.
