The first time EVER received horrible service at Chick-fil-A! I understand it was had started to rain, but literally every single staff went inside not saying one word! I yelled "hello?!" at yhe order board because no staff was out there either. After 3mins, and I was holding up the line, I went around and the line was backed up. Only to be met at the window saying its too backed up to take my order and go around again! Not I can take your order and park so we can bring it to you. Drive thru order issue. My food was correctly ordered and filled but after I got on Interstate I discovered NO STRAW. Deciding it was inconvienent and I could not drink my drink I then discovered that no napkins were also provided. If you cant figure out that a drive thru order requires these two items no matter what else is in the meal at least ask me if I want them or not. Because I 100 percent do!

We get Chic Fil’a take out nearly every week at this location and we love the food but nearly every week there is something missing from our order! Last week we were missing nuggets and I found out for the first time that you can have these replaced through the app. Today I ordered these replacement nuggets and when we got home they were missing again!!! We can not replace these through the app again so the only option we have now is drive back 15 minutes to the restaurant which we do not want to do because we are hungry and tired! We are seriously considering just never getting Chic Fil’a aga

I ordered breakfast for delivery and ended up missing a couple of things. I called it in and spoke with the manager and they took care of it right away. The driver came back with the missing things and apologized. Both the manager and driver were very nice and understanding.
