I am beyond frustrated with my recent visit to this location. After a long day of working hard for my money to provide for my family, the last thing I expected was to be treated with such blatant disrespect. As i pulled in the store parking lot, There were many cars with customers sitting inside waiting for their food. The food was not fresh, fries and chicken were very hard and cold!! We were told to pull around and wait for them to bring us our food. The guy gave our food to the first car and they called him back after looking in the bag and he then asked what was their order and then asked me what was mine and handed me the bag. I told him that those people went in my bag and he said he would have to recook it and that would be an extra 15 min. Chicken was also overcoked!! I am beyond fixed

If I could give this store a zero I would, every time I come here they close early!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!! How does it say they close at 1:00am on the drive thru menu! Google says 12am sometimes they close a hour or 2 hours before closing time and refuse to take orders!!!!! Shut this place down! And they ALWAYYYYS GET MY ORDER WRONG!!!!! Come here way too much due to them being one of the few places by my home! I ordered the Supreme nacho dip and a spicy potato soft taco. The nacho dip was OK, but I wish there were more chips. However, the potato is ridiculous. There was only a few potatoes and were hard. Not fresh at all
