On top of rushing me at the drive thru window the "manager" wants to give attitude. For a manager you really show great customers service. I will be filing a formal complaint with the GM. If your register doesn't work the close the drive thru. It's common sense. As a manager you should work on that.

I went through the drive through and ordered 3 tenders and some other things. The worker never said my order back and told me to pull forward. Because I ordered frosty's which were over flowing I didn't check the bag. Yes, of course the order was wrong. I was missing 2 of the tenders. I called and the manager was rude and kept repeating I only paid for one. She didn't try to make it right. I drove 5 miles home and would have to go all the way back. LADY MANAGER WAS AWFUL. We had to go back 3 times. Once to have our food re-made. After coming home & inspecting it, the order was still not made to standards. What did the Mgr do? Argue with me! Saying "she made it herself" all fresh (was not) & correct. She continued to argue with me giving me attitude. Then to get my refund she needed my receipt. But she took the receipt away the first time! IM CALLING CORPORATE THIS IS DISGUSTING FOOD AND AWFUL MANAGEMENT. The fries were old, the burger had so much ketchup the bun was soggy & not intact. Way overpriced... $16 for two "value burgers", fries and a soda. My burger buns were partially cold. The bacon was squishy and not crispy. (So much for "Wendy’s Brings the Bacon: Wendy’s menu items with delicious, crispy bacon".) I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the taste was so bad I was sure it would make me sick, but it didn't. Last time I had Wendy's was at a place in Phoenix and it was great... this location doesn't compare.
