Today I stopped by this location. I usually get the same barista, and she’s always so sweet, so my experiences here are normally great. Today I ordered two drinks: a small iced lemonade and a small Watermelon Fizz with light ice. My friend said the lemonade was good, but I noticed I was handed what looked like a large Watermelon Fizz filled with a lot of ice. I’m not sure if I was charged for a small or a large because my app doesn’t show me the details, and I paid with cash. Dutch Bros is one of my favorite spots for drinks because the energy and customer service are always amazing. The staff is super friendly and makes every visit feel fun and welcoming. Their drinks are delicious with so many flavor options to choose from. I also love how fast and efficient the service is, even when there’s a long line. It’s the perfect place to grab a tasty pick-me-up anytime.

Pulled up to the drive thru, had a decent amount of cars but line was moving steadily, until a white Tahoe in front pulled up and the worker a young girl with a camo hat that said brat started helping that car and it looked like it was someone she knew, she kept in conversation for about 10 minutes while myself and other cars were sitting waiting for them to finish their conversation. I ended up going in reverse and pulling out of the drive thru and walked up to the window. Extremely unprofessional and won’t be coming to this location again.
