The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because I’ve never had a negative experience before. Today though, I went through as the only car in the line with my boyfriend and they handed us our food with the containers open and overlapping. They also didn’t season my Cajun fries and did not give us any sauce like we asked for. As a service worker myself I could never imagine giving someone their food in this state and as a customer am extremely annoyed by the lack of care, or even effort put into my food, especially due to the lack of business they were experiencing at the hour. I really enjoy the grilled hotdogs and fries. The nostalgic feel of the restaurant takes me back to childhood. A time of fun for me. The prices are affordable. Cook Out is a perfect fit for a university town.

Usually I have a GREAT experience here. Except tonight, I get my usual order and my burger was wrong. It had ketchup instead of bacon. I tried calling the number listed on google and it kept sending me to voicemail. Having cashiers/order takers who don’t rush people would definitely improve the experience. Overall, I would still come back.

Don’t come here they are lazy and rude they Best small order all up and there is no way I could pull back around unless I pulled out in the main road went up to the red light. I made a U-turn and came all the way back and sat line so for my meals I didn’t get no fries. They just slapped some other stuff on there and a few chicken nuggets so I literally paid for nothing. I’m so sick of paying for stuff and not getting what I asked and paid for I won’t be back. I guess they knew the car in front of me also and they let them sit there for like 30 minutes literally about six cars pulled off and go
